My Greek Mythology (Goddess)

by

The past few weeks, we have been studing greek mythology. Our teacher, Mrs. Seale has given my class and I ,assignments to help us improve our knowledge about The greeks and their environment. She has assigned us our own characters. Ex. Mine is Cassandra the goddess of nurturing, creating, and destroying. We are given books to seach and skim threw to find information so we can get into character. One we are into character we have to pretend to be that person on twitter, and tell our other classmates about ourself.Ex. Apollo was in love with me.The link to my twitter page is below:

The Call of the Wild Book Review

by

I have recently finished the book The Call Of The wild. The main character is a mixed St. Bernard German Shepard named Buck. Buck was auctioned off to a canadian couple named Perrault and Francois in Dyea, Alaska. The canadian couple was about to head out on an adventure to find some gold. Although they didn’t know the area very well, so they hirred a messenger. The messenger had grown on Buck so much that he offered to take Buck for accompaning them on the journey. They came upon a frozen river that they knew was to thin to cross. So the cruel, cold hearted canadians said he wasn’t aloud to take buck until he helps them cross the river. Sorry you have to read the the book, to know the ending. I advise you to read it though, because it was one of the best book i’ve ever read.

Quotation Assignment

by   and tagged ,
Okay this guy named (publious syrus) who lived in 46 bc.He was a great writer and was a slave in a town. He had won this prize for being the best of all the slaves…So my quote refers to him by how, anyone can do anything if its easy enought to….but he was the best and worked the hardest so it was like he was stering a boat during a storn…..The reason I picked this quote was because it refers to everyone and mainly everything.Even this writing…….:)
